Steve Griffith - destin, florida
Steve spent a decade at Walmart Stores, Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas developing leaders in multiple levels and contexts. He is an entrepreneur with experience as a business consultant and executive coach, where he helps others execute personal and business growth strategies and turnarounds for clients in multiple industries. Prior to that, Steve spent 11 years in leadership development and organizational leadership in multiple ministry settings.
Steve is passionate about his faith in Jesus Christ, his wife of 26 years, Denise, and his adult son, Mitchell. He loves to tell stories about being bluff-charged by a grizzly bear, almost getting shot by a member of the Russian mafia and having a flat tire, just feet from a large male lion.
Jason Otteson - Austin, Texas
Jason has a proven track record over 32 years of growing small startups into profitable, multi-million dollar entities. He has demonstrated success in business development, strategic growth, operational execution, international commerce, fund-raising, strategic financing, and marketing through various industries such as mining, precious metals, licensed sports products, outdoor products, distribution, real estate, medical technologies and entertainment, the culmination of which has led to high-level experience in mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.
Jason was featured on the second and third seasons of the Discovery Channel show, “Gold Rush.” In 2012, he founded and manages Noble Mining, Inc. an investment firm that owns and operates mining properties around the world. Prior to founding Noble Mining, Inc., he was a leader of a large precious metals investment firm. Previously, Jason was the CEO of Sportan United Industries, Inc., where he led the firm through an IPO and a successful acquisition.
Jason is an adventurer, explorer and outdoorsman at heart, who’s life passion is to experience life to the fullest. Jason boldly places his trust and hope in Christ the King. He is a dedicated husband to wife, Rebeca, and a proud father of 5 children.
Hunter Hall - Atlanta, GA
Hunter has spent 16 years in non-profit management and 12 years in business leadership. Whether leading collegiate ministry, owning small businesses, operating a local Chamber of Commerce, or working in corporate management, Hunter has always had a propensity toward strategy creation and implementation. “I seem to always be connecting the big picture to the incremental steps – It’s just how I’m wired.” Hunter lives with his bride, Shelly, in Covington GA, just outside Atlanta, and they have four children ages 13-22.
