You have multiple emerging leaders in your pipeline that need to rapidly develop more than their hard skills. Our leadership cohorts assess strengths and gaps, increase strategic competence and develop greater resilience for sustainable long-term influence.

PROCESS

Six-eight leaders meet as a group for six months and a two-day Capstone. Each month the team engages in-depth with both a leadership principles and practice. Individual coaching is also available.We identify your desired engagement results and create a mentoring experience around those results.

PEER-DRIVEN

Consistent with executive development best practices, participants deliver TED-like content and coach each other for an accelerated, contextualized development experience.

PRACTICAL

Each quarter participants determine real-life company challenges and opportunities to attack with the insight and support of their peers and coach.
